Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Sapphire, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return under this policy, you may request a return, replacement, or refund subject to the terms below.
1. Return Window

3. Non-Returnable Products

- Products showing signs of use, washing, cooking, or damage caused after delivery

4. Damaged Product on Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs or videos of the outer package before opening it.
- Record the unboxing process whenever possible.
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to evaluate the claim.

6. Return Approval
All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
If approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process. Customers should not send products to an address without receiving return instructions from us.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or damage caused during delivery, we may arrange or reimburse eligible return shipping, subject to verification.
For returns requested for other reasons, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
8. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
9. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through an appropriate electronic payment method after the customer provides the required details.
We may request bank account or UPI information for processing an eligible refund.
10. Replacement
Where applicable, an eligible product may be replaced with the same product.
Replacement is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution, including a refund, where applicable.
11. Refund Deductions
Where applicable and permitted, refunds may exclude:
- Non-refundable shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Other charges clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
No deduction will be made for a return caused by our error, such as dispatching the wrong product or delivering a product that was damaged or defective, subject to verification.
12. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be requested before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may need to follow the applicable return process.
13. Important Note for Cookware and Kitchen Products
Products must be used according to the instructions and safety guidelines provided with the product.
Damage resulting from improper use, overheating, unsuitable utensils, incorrect cleaning methods, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
