Cancellation Policy
At Sapphire, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation of your order before it is shipped or handed over to our delivery partner.

Cancellation requests are subject to order processing status.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, the customer may need to receive the order and follow the applicable Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
3. Refund for Cancelled Prepaid Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or through another appropriate payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway and your bank.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch, no refund is applicable because payment has not yet been collected.
Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
5. Cancellation by Sapphire
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Delivery service limitations
- Other operational or legal reasons
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
